Great Southern Care Wildlife
Is situated in Mt. Barker Western Australia in the Great Southern.  Our membership covers a vast area from Albany to Tom Price and reaches out into the Goldfields area.  
We rescue rehabilitate and release wildlife because we
love to help:
Orphaned, sick or injured animals, specialising in Native Australian wildlife.
We are run entirely by volunteers and funded by way of
       Fund raising, donations and applying for grants.
    Volunteers within the group are trained or mentored and in consultation
 with up to date trained and registered carers and accredited individuals or WA legal Authorities/organizations.
 For wildlife medical issues the group are under the guidance and consultation of a Qualified Vet.
This is made possible thanks to Tony and Staff at Dog Rock Vet Albany for their Veterinary care and expertise ALL Emergencies/Injuries are cared for with initial Veterinary Triage immediately as required.

 We provide care for ALL animals and wildlife including but not limited to mammals, birds and reptiles,
However we specialise in the care of macropods (kangaroos, possums and joeys).
